This is a website dedicated to our battle for justice, for the rights of all people and individual traders against white-collar criminals. Here you can read a full account of what happened to us, self-directed traders, in securities, unlawfully treated by the two Swiss Banks in the Bahamas – UBS and Credit Suisse.  Or you may read the narrative of facts from our application to the Privy Council.

Time is running up since the violent, brutal, and unlawful eviction was performed on us in February 2018, were the order for possession of the residential land was inexplicably granted against us, in our absence in the court in a summary judgment proceedings, when I started this website with the article First sharing, the beginning. I can imagine if someone who studied law or practice it, reading this article and have eyebrows raised, yes – it is unbelievable and not only one unbelievable legal decision in this battle against us.

Since then, not having rights to be engaged in any profitable activity in the Bahamas, not having the capital and peace of mind to trade, we are surviving by a miracle, by the generosity of Bahamian people, our friends here and overseas.

With every day- year passing, we are only more determined than ever to bring our hearings to trial, to never abound this battle, to make Natural Justice – our right to be heard to be respected and to bring to the justice all those who are responsible for these 11 years of struggle.

We are certain that UBS and Credit Suisse have nothing to defend themselves with. During the stage of discovery we received confirmation that UBS‘ “brokers” were unregistered and that they never send our trades to the New York Stock Exchange.

As for today our cross-action against UBS bank in the Supreme Court of the Bahamas is pending – on the hearing of 23rd September 2019 the court vacated our trial acceding the UBS’ application for another day of the trial on the basis that has neither witnesses and no experts. We have all four, as from the court order.

Once we find out that UBS has not sent our orders to the Exchange in US, it is a federal fraud, violation of the  US Exchange Act 1934 Section 10(b)  and in November 2019 we filed a complaint in the Southern District Court of New York case 1:19-cv-09993-kpf , which was amended on 2 March 2022 supported my Affidavit, on the same date.

The pressure this creates for UBS’ – Credit Suisse’ “legal” team helps keep them in check and makes it much harder for them to obstruct the course of our litigation. We hope eventually to bring this to a brighter end, to end our hard ships, and to set a precedent for others who might find themselves scammed and defrauded.

Though, the year started with our case dismissal at the Southern District Court of New York we have no doubts – justice will prevail.
