Today is the International Holocaust Remembrance Day, declared by United Nations on 1 November 2005 to commemorate when “On 27 January 1945, the advancing Red Army entered the Auschwitz-Birkenau extermination camp complex, liberating more than 7,000 remaining prisoners, who were for the most part ill or dying.”, we mourn more than one million of people who lost their lives there …
On 27 January 1944 the siege of Leningrad (Sankt-Peterburg) ends, and we mourn one more million of people who lost their lives under the blockade …
On 27 January 1973 a peace agreement had been reached in Paris which would end the Vietnam War and “bring peace with honor.”, and we mourn again one million three hundred filthy three thousands death..
As if it was not enough, the last week the decision to supply more weapons to the war in my motherland, was taken, which to me means only one – more deaths. There is a hope that with rising public awareness, the large spreading through social media of the real statement of facts, this bloody fratricide will soon end.
And of course every war is rooted in elite groups’ interests. No one of us, all inhabitants of the Earth, can hate each other or consciously be willing to become murders of our brothers and sisters.
And it is all starting and is supported, accompanied by the white collar crimes.

And in our battle, which is obviously very small comparing the big events of today in the history, but for some reason UBS attorney in the United States, after thinking for 9 days, filled today a one page letter (Dkt 142) Not opposing on the merits or under any law our motion to amend Court’s findings (Dkt 141), and Affidavit (Dkt 141-1), but simply stating that it should be “rejected” because there is appeal ” currently pending in
the Second Circuit under Court of Appeals Docket # 23-20″.
It seems that UBS and its attorneys are exposing themselves one more time – they have no defence, no facts, no law, only endless money supply and playing on technicalities in order to delay justice.
But the Justice will win, one day. Thank you very much for reading us, supporting us, signing our petition.
