On 29th November 2019 we had a hearing before the Deputy Registrar of the Supreme Court of the Bahamas Mr. Edmund Turner. This action 01240 was initiated by us with a Writ of Summons in October 2018 against five defendants:

Fourth Defendant
WILLIAM KNOWLES
We claim damages for wrongful removal and detention of our personal belongings.

Two summonses were appointed to be heard (the “Plaintiffs” are us):
Plaintiffs’ application for leave to enter final judgment.
Defendants’ application to set aside ex-parte application for the alternative service of writs.
Plaintiffs’ primary objection to hear the defendants’ application.
The court set aside the order for alternative service on the Second and Third defendants.
The plaintiffs (us) entered a default judgment against the third and fifth defendants.
