At the end of April and beginning of May 2019, we wrote six letters to the Auditors, Audits, and CEOs of UBS AG warning them about illegal activity performed in Nassau, Bahamas by UBS Bahamas LTD during our trading activity in July-September 2013: UBS AG our Request Letters April-May 2019.
Three weeks later we have received no answer, not even acknowledgment of receipt.
This is the way in which UBS conducts itself – first committing many omissions, breaching the contract between us and them, then obtaining an order against us by fraud and perjury, creating unbelievable hardship for us in the hope that we will give up: Full chronological account of UBS’ and Credit Suisse’s breaches of duty.
And now simply ignoring. This cannot keep going on for any more time – they must wake up, apologise, refund us and reorganize their structure.
With UBS’ current behavior, they simply confirm the wisdom expressed years ago:
