Dear supporters,

As unbelievable as it may seem, but today, the 5th of November 2018, the Securities Commission of the Bahamas has confirmed that UBS AG, who maintained a custody facility holding our assets and all seven persons employed by UBS as trading representatives, were not registered by the Securities Commission of the Bahamas.

This confirmation was received by email from Gawaine Ward, who is the Manager of the enforcement department for the Securities Commission of the Bahamas.

Yes, we know, if it was in USA our offenders would be already persecuted. But everything is moving slower in the Bahamas, which does not mean it will not move. Justice always finds a way! We will not give up.

Please, support our website and sign our petition on Ask UBS to Stop Obstructing our Litigation. The pressure this creates for UBS’ “legal” team helps keep them in check and makes it much harder for them to obstruct the course of our litigation. We hope eventually to bring this to a brighter end, to end our hardships, and to set a precedent for others who might find themselves scammed and defrauded.
